  7. This folder contains three sub-directories, with example themes you
  8. can use with the new Magellan II theme system.
  9.

  11. The Amiga folder contains themes that have been specially designed
  12. for the Amiga by Opus 5 users. To use these themes you will need
  13. the ilbm datatype installed (most systems have this by default).
  14.  
  15. The Windows folder contains themes designed for the Windows system.
  16. These have been downloaded from the Internet and extracted for your
  17. convenience, but in other respects have not been altered from their
  18. original states. To use these themes with Opus you will need jpeg,
  19. bmp and wav datatypes installed.

  21. The Windows-Converted folder contains Opus Magellan II-format theme
  22. files that have been converted from the supplied Windows themes.
  23. This is to save you having to run the ConvertTheme function
  24. yourself. The converted .theme files point to the original data files
  25. in the Windows sub-directory on the DOpus PLUS CD.

  27. To try one of the themes in the Amiga or Windows-Converted folders,
  28. select 'Load Theme...' from the Settings menu, and navigate to the
  29. appropriate location on the DOpus PLUS CD. Then, select the theme
  30. you want to load and the options you want to apply, and click the
  31. Ok button.

  33. If you like a theme and want to change your settings permanently,
  34. remember that you will need to save your environment. If you want
  35. to copy the theme files to your hard drive so you don't need to
  36. have the DOpus PLUS CD present all the time, use the 'Build Theme...'
  37. function from the Settings menu.

  39. The Index.html file in the Themes directory is an ImageMap of theme
  40. thumbnails. You can use this system to see the desktop picture of
  41. every theme on the CD. You can click on the thumbnail image to see
  42. the full sized picture, and you can click on label below the image
  43. to actually load the theme into Opus automatically.

  45. If you find the ImageMap system not functioning correctly, check
  46. that you have the following datatypes installed on your system: ILBM,
  47. JPEG (or JFIF), BMP. Also check that you have the following MIME types
  48. set up in your web browser:
